In 1979 Richard Bott who was groomed in estimating and maintaining a sheet metal business had a vision. He would start his own company called Master Metals. Over the Next 30 years he would work on countless projects and train dozens of sheet metal journeymen, some of which would go on to start their own successful businesses.
